Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
